We aim to deliver between 5 to 14 working days from the date the order has been placed. At present we are facing slight delays due to COVID-19.

If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. We will let you know if the change is possible and we will do our utmost to make any necessary changes but this is unfortunately not guaranteed.

To process a refund and to arrange a return you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Any item returned that is not faulty or damaged then we are unable to cover any return postage costs.

These are factories that are free from forced or underage labour; where employees benefit from a safe working environment and are paid a decent, living wage.

Elizabeth Scarlett, never uses animal products. Their packaging is plastic-free and all cotton is sources through the Better Cotton Initative
